Standardised Terms and Conditions

CATO (Council of Australian Tour Operators), of which SETO is an associated entity, is the author of standardised industry booking terms and conditions, delivering consistency across the sector that is aligned with obligations under Australian Consumer Law to mitigate ongoing risks to members.

Safety Management

Safety is of paramount importance to teachers, principals, Board of Governors, parents, students and educational travel organisations. SETO is in the process of creating a Tour Operators Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.

Sustainability

SETO is proud to be leading on the sustainability front. All SETO members are encouraged to work towards the SETO sustainability policy directives.
